Стратегические приоритеты развития сельских территорий республики Казахстан
Аннотация
В статье представлены результаты исследований и рекомендации по стратегическим направлениям развития сельских территорий, представляющие интерес для практических программ территориального социально-экономического развития, а также для научных исследований по теме. Исследование проведено в рамках Программы целевого финансирования Комитета науки Министерства образования и науки Республики Казахстан ИРН OR11465433 «Разработка концепции и механизмов сбалансированного территориального развития экономики и общества Казахстана».
Ushbu maqolaning maqsadi Qozog’iston qishloqlarining hozirgi kundagi rivojlanishining tahlili.Tadqiqotda qo¢llanilgan ilmiy abstraktsiya, tahlil va sintez usullaridan foydalanish, va tizimli yondashuv Qozog’iston qishloqlarini rivojlantirish natijalari va zamonaviy muammolarini har tomonlama va tizimli o’rganish imkonini berdi.Tadqiqot natijalari hududiy ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlantirishning amaliy dasturlari, shuningdek, mavzu bo‘yicha ilmiy izlanishlar uchun dolzarb bo‘lgan qishloq hududlarini rivojlantirishning keyingi strategik yo‘nalishlari bo‘yicha mualliflarning tavsiyalari bo‘ldi.Tadqiqot Qozog‘iston Respublikasi Ta’lim va fan vazirligi Fan qo‘mitasi tomonidan ИРН OR11465433 “Qozog‘iston iqtisodiyoti va jamiyatini muvozanatli hududiy rivojlantirish konsepsiyasi va mexanizmlarini ishlab chiqish” maqsadli moliyalashtirish doirasida amalga oshirildi.
The purpose of this article is to analyze the modern development of Kazakhstan’s rural areas. The use of general scientific methods, scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, a systematic approach made it possible to comprehensively and systematically study the modern problems of the development of Kazakhstan’s rural areas. The results of the study were the author’s recommendations for further strategic development of rural areas, which are among interest the territorial socio-economic development’s for practical programs and as well for further scientific research.The study was carried out within the framework of Program-targeted IRN OR11465433, «Development of the concept and mechanisms of balanced territorial development of the economy and society of Kazakhstan» funding by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
