Разработка учебной программы, связанной с исследованием, Как составная часть профессионального развития Преподавателя вуза
Аннотация
В материале рассматривается роль, структура и принципы учебной программы связанной с исследованием. Разработка и внедрение таких программ в высших учебных заведениях имеет двойную ценность: с одной стороны это дальнейшее развитие качественного процесса обучения и преподавания, с другой современный метод профессионального развития для вовлеченных в процесс преподавателей и сотрудников. Материал подготовлен на основе семинара и дискуссии экспертов «Обучение и преподавания: профессиональное развития в высшем образовании» 3-4 сентября 2018 г. на базе Королевского колледжа в Лондоне и Лондонской школы экономики и политических наук.
The paper considers the role, structure and approaches for Curriculum connected with research. Its development and implementation in higher education institutes has double values: it is development of quality learning and teaching process and modern method of professional development for teachers and staff. This paper prepared based on the seminar and discussions during the Erasmus+ HEREs study visit “Learning and teaching:professional development of staff in higher education” hosted by King’s College London and London School of Economics and Political Sciences on 3-4 September 2018.
