The article reviews the international acts (UN, ITU) regulating the protection of children from information that is harmful to their health. Moreover, an analysis of the content of the new law of Uzbekistan «On the Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health», adopted in 2017, is given. This law creates a new legal reality and law enforcement practice for many state bodies.
