Материал подготовлен по вопросам качества в высшем образовании, включая концепцию или определения качества, подходы и основные компоненты, систему и механизмы обеспечения качества. Он также охватывает предмет внутренней и внешней оценки качества в высшем образовании, плюсы и минусы этих процессов. Материал идет в рамках дискуссии по роли, значимости и задачам качества в Болонском процессе.
Maqola sifat konsepsiyasi yoki sifatni belgilash, sifatni ta’minlash borasidagi yondashuv va asosiy tarkibiy qismlar, sifat ta’minotining tizimi hamda usullarini e’tiborga olgan holda oliy ta’limda sifat ta’minoti masalalariga bag`ishlangan. Shuningdek, u oliy ta’limda ichki va tashqi sifat darajasi, bu jarayonning ijobiy va salbiy jihatlarini ham qamrab olgan. Maqola Boloniya jarayonidagi sifat ko‘rsatkichlarining vazifasi, ahamiyati va maqsadi borasidagi munozaralar doirasida yoritilgan.
This paper examines the issues of Quality in Higher Education including its concept or definitions, approaches and main components, system and mechanisms for quality assurance. It also exposes subjects of internal and external evaluation of quality in higher education, pluses and minuses of these processes as well as quality control and quality management. The paper is in the frame of discussion on role, value and targets of quality in Bologna process.
