The modern technologies of developing the intellectual capital fragmentary establish innovative forms of diagnosis and improvement of the professional capacities of individuals considering the changing external conditions, tendencies of expansion of the informational environment and the availability of scientifi c and practical material.However, it is the external nature of the changing process without complex interdisciplinary study. Related areas of scientifi c knowledge (genetics, physiology, psycho- and neurophysiology, philosophy, psychology, pedagogics, sociology, qualimetry, professiology, jurisprudence, economics and others) research individual elements, confi rming the essence of hypothesis for a radical changng of the forms of its realization. Corresponding changes are possible on the basis of the unifi ed system forming interdisciplinary foundation. The purpose of the development of intellectual capital and realization of the professional potential of the individual is to improve the professional thinking and behavior (competencies), building intellectual capital of organizations, industries, economics and society, the foundation of the design of which should be a choice-based methods of formation of professional informational base and creation of conditions for its processing in accordance with situation changes.
