Аннотация

В статье рассматривается подход для сжатия видеоданных изображения с потерями. Сущность данного подхода состоит в сегментации изображения на основе выделения структурных линий упрощенного изображения и дальнейшего сжатия сегментов данных традиционными методами

The article deals with an original approach to compress video images losses, the idea behind this approach is based on image segmentation lines simplified structural separation image and further compression of data segments by conventional methods.
