Ишлаб чикаришдаги дискрет жараёнларни мониторинг килишда интеграцияланган тизимини яратиш модели келтирилган. Аппарат ва дастурий таъминотнинг куп катламли моделнинг намунаси таклиф килинган. Шунингдек тадкикот килинган модел ёрдамида ёг-мой корхоналари-нинг ишлаб чикариш жараёни мониторинг тизимлари интеграция килинган.
In this article, the creation model of integrated system in monitoring discrete process of production is given. The multilayered model of the device and software provision’s samples are offered. In this case, it is important to integrate all the process of manufacturing in one system and is considered one of the awaited solution. The main aim of the research is to create a process monitoring system integrated model in oil-fat company production. In this article, the research is done in two ways.1.To create standard models of integrated monitoring system. 2.To manage the data. The development of informative technology is establishing new opportunities to manage the equipment machine through the usage of the latest informative technology for the production and management system of integration. The variety systems of discrete production processes has been invented over the last few years. Researches show that the monitoring integ-ration system is remained as a complicated issue. General prototype and standard of monitoring system is not existed. Our research is directed to set up the concepts of integrated monitoring systems. We have proposed a multistep integrated monitoring system. Nowadays in oil-fat com-pany production, the prototype of full monitoring and information system is not established. The standard model that we have proposed, will give the full opportunity to monitor the process of production and integration of its branches. Multi-agent technology data will be saved on the basis of clientserver and is applied as a system module. Through the implementation of Cyberphysicist system, one is able to save and reuse the data and signals in a simple way. According to the conducted research model, production process monitoring systems will be integrated in oil-fat companies.
