Информационно-ресурсная база справочно-библиографического обслуживания в библиотеках стран Центральной Азии
Аннотация
Статья посвящена библиографическим ресурсам национальных и университетских библиотек государств Центральной Азии. Её актуальность определяется широким внедрением цифровизации в библиографическую деятельность библиотек. Представлена информация о результатах исследований «Модель справочно-библиографического обслуживания для национальной библиотеки» и «Цифровая трансформация общедоступных библиотек: исследование состояния и прогнозирование развития», проводимых Российской государственной библиотекой. Кратко описана структура служб, занимающихся справочно-библиографическим обслуживанием. Рассмотрены традиционные и электронные информационные ресурсы собственной генерации библиотек, а также лицензионные продукты сторонних организаций и ресурсы открытого доступа от мировых производителей. Сделаны выводы о страноведческой направленности собственных электронных ресурсов, о трансформации задач библиотек в области формирования информационно-ресурсной базы справочно-библиографического обслуживания.
The article is devoted to the bibliographic resources of national and university libraries of Central Asian countries. Its relevance is determined by the widespread introduction of digitalization in the bibliographic activities of libraries. Information is presented on the results of the studies “Model of reference and bibliographic services for a national library” and “Digital Transformation of Public Libraries: A Study of the Status and Forecasting of Developments”conducted by the Russian State Library. The structure of services engaged in reference and bibliographic services is briefly described. Traditional and electronic information resources of the libraries’ own generation, as well as licensed products of third-party organizations and open access resources from global manufacturers are considered. Conclusions are made about the regional focus of their own electronic resources, about the transformation of the tasks of libraries in the field of forming an information and resource base of reference and bibliographic services.
