Аннотация

Основной целью статьи является рассмотрение проблемы дальнейшего развития высшего образования под воздействием и в условиях пандемии и кризиса,основных рисков и приоритетов, стоящих перед системами высшего образования на глобальном, региональном и национальном уровнях.

The main purpose of the article is to consider the problem of further development of higher education under the influence and in the context of pandemic and crisis, the main risks and priorities facing higher education systems at the global, regional and national levels.
