Аннотация
В статье рассматривается задача обеспечения бесперебойной работы информационных систем таможенных органов, целостность базы данных и безопасность. В частности, в качестве правовой основы информационной безопасности рассматривается разработка Политики информационной безопасности Государственного таможенного комитета Республики Узбекистан.
Маколада ахборот тизимларининг узлуксиз ишлаши, маълумотлар базаси бутунлиги хамда хавфсизлигини таъминлаш масалалари куриб чикилган. Жумладан, божхона органларининг ахборотлаштириш объектларида ахборот хавфсизлигини тизимли равишда химоя килиш механизмини яратиш борасида Узбекистан Республикаси Давлат божхона кумитасининг Ахборот хавфсизлиги сиёсати хужжати ишлаб чикиш ахборот хавфсизлигини таъминлашнинг хукукий асоси сифатида куриб чикилган.
The article notes that a set of programs for the automation of customs clearance processes has been created in the customs authorities and integrated into a single automated information system. Also, it speaks about the role and importance of the development and implementation of the Information Security Policy in the organization’s security management system as a whole. The main focus of the work is to ensure systematic protection of information in the Unified automated information system.At the same time, it was stressed that a basic document on the security policy of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan was developed to create a mechanism for the systematic protection of information security in information units of customs authorities.In the developed document, special attention is paid to the issue of rules for the comprehensive protection of information security facilities in the customs authorities. In addition, the development of the Information Security Policy of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan is considered as a means of implementing the legal method for ensuring information security.
