Доказана необходимость расширения участия общественных институтов(махалли, женских и молодежных структур и других негосударственных организаций) в регулировании социальной мобильности через своеобразные институты (семья и брак, образование,политические партии, политические организации,миграция); обоснованы мотивы влияния на удовлетворенность или неудовлетворенность молодежи условиями, стремление к получению образованию, профессиональному совершенствованию; доказана необходимость широкого привлечения молодежи в культуру, искусство, физическую культуру и спорт, формирования навыков использования информационных технологий, пропаганды чтения, повышения занятости женщин, иммунитета к различным чуждым идеям.

The article substantiates the necessity of expanding the participation of public institutions (mahallas, women’s and youth structures and other non-governmental organizations) in the regulation of social mobility through certain institutions (family and marriage, education, political parties, political organizations, migration).The author looks into the motives for influencing the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of young people with the conditions, the desire to receive education, professional improvement; into the need for widespread engagement of young people in culture, arts, physical culture and sports, the formation of skills in the use of information technologies, promotion of reading, growth in the employment of women, immunity to various alien ideas.
