Влияние пандемии covid-19 на развитие малого и среднего бизнеса в Казахстане
Аннотация
В статье представлены результаты исследования по выявлению положительных и отрицательных сторон влияния карантина на развитие МСБ в Казахстане. Определены приоритетные направления государственной поддержки развития МСБ во время карантинных мер.Исследование проведено в рамках Программы целевого финансирования Комитета науки Министерства образования и науки Республики Казахстан ИРН OR11465433 «Разработка концепции и механизмов сбалансированного территориального развития экономики и общества Казахстана».
Maqolada Qozog’istonda karantinning kichik va o’rta biznes rivojlanishiga ta’sirining ijobiy va salbiy tomonlarini aniqlash bo’yicha tadqiqot natijalari keltirilgan. Karantin tadbirlari davrida kichik va oʻrta biznesni rivojlantirishni davlat tomonidan qoʻllab-quvvatlashning ustuvor yoʻnalishlari belgilandi.Tadqiqot Qozog‘iston Respublikasi Ta’lim va fan vazirligi Fan qo‘mitasining IRN OR11465433 “Qozog‘iston iqtisodiyoti va jamiyatini mutanosib hududiy rivojlantirish konsepsiyasi va mexanizmlarini ishlab chiqish”maqsadli moliyalashtirish dasturi doirasida o‘tkazildi.
The purpose of the article is to present the results of study the state of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in the pre-pandemic period and during COVID-19, as well as to determine the effectiveness of state support for SMEs during quarantine in Kazakhstan. In the process of scientific research, the methodology of general scientific research was used, implementing comparative, logistic and statistical analysis tools. The main applying methods were the analytical method, the statistical method, as well as the method of graphical interpretation of information.As a result of the study, the positive and negative sides of the quarantine impact on the development of SMEs in Kazakhstan were revealed. Priority directions of state support for the development of SMEs during quarantine measures have been identified.The study was carried out within the framework of Program-targeted research: «Development of the concept and mechanisms of balanced territorial development of the economy and society of Kazakhstan»IRN OR11465433, funding by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
