Аннотация
Қандли диабет билан касалланган тишсиз беморларни даволашда кўп қийинчилик туғилиши айниқса оғиз бўшлиғини, айниқса суяк тўқимасининг холати қониқарсиз холати кўпроқ муааммо туғдиради. Тишсиз ва альвеоляр ўсиқни атрофияси ва деформацияси холатида “анъанавий усулда” олинадиган ёки кўприксимон протезлар билан даволаш, жағ-чайнов тизимини тўлиқ вазифасини тиклашда қўйилган мақсадни қонқарли ечимини топа олмайди. Ушбу изланиш микробиологик текширувлар асосида хлоргексидинсаыловчи препарат лоробен, метрогил ва сиспресс500 ни асосланган холда ишлатилишини дентал имплантацияни суяк тўқимасини остеопластикаси билан бирга ишлатилгандан сўнг репаратив регенерацияга ижобий таъсирини тасдиқлаб, қандли диабет билан касалланган беморларни ортопедик даво муддатини қисқартириб, реабиллитациясини яхшиланишини тасдиқлайди.
The greatest difficulties arise in the treatment of patients with adentia in patients with diabetes mellitus, especially in adverse conditions of the oral cavity, in particular the bone bed. Treatment of patients with partial adentia, atrophy and deformity of the alveolar process with the help of “traditional” removable or non-removable bridges can not successfully solve the problem of ensuring the full functioning of the chewing system. This study allows to assume a positive effect of the well-founded use of chlorhexidine loroben, metrogil and sispress 500 on wound regeneration in patients with diabetes mellitus with dental implantation with bone tissue building, on the basis of microbiological studies with subsequent reduction of orthopedic treatment time and improve the rehabilitation of diabetic patients.
