Аннотация

Abstract: The thiourea derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of substituted benzoyl isothiocyanates and α–amino acid – methionine in a dimethylformamide medium. The anti– inflammatory activity of the obtained compounds was studied. It has been established that N– (meta–iodobenzoyl) –NI–methionylthiourea has a much greater latitude of anti–inflammatory action and is of undoubted practical interest.
