Аннотация

В статье рассмотрены дискуссионные вопросы о понятии и сущности примирительных процедур в системе альтернативных способов разрешения споров в гражданском процессе, рассмотрен феномен примирительных процедур с точки зрения смежных наук, в частности, конфликтологии и теории переговорного процесса.

Мақолада фуқаролик суд ишларида низоларни ҳал қилишнинг альтернатив усуллари тизимидаги келишув жараёнлар концепцияси ва моҳияти ҳақида мунозарали масалалар муҳокама қилинади. Музокаралар жараёнининг назарий масалалари, хусусан, конфликтологияси ва муҳокама процесси назариясида келишув тартиб-қоидалари ҳақида фикр юритилади.

The article discusses debatable questions about the concept and essence of conciliation procedures in the system of alternative dispute resolution methods in civil proceedings, discusses the phenomenon of conciliation procedures from the point of view of related sciences, in particular conflict management and the theory of the negotiation process.
