Темир йўл транспортида технологик алоқани ривожланиши ва модернизация қилинишида функционал имкониятларининг кенгайиши, ягона комплексга асосланган алоқа турлари ва серверларни интеграллашуви ва темир йўл транспортининг бошқариш тузилмаси ўзгарганда тезкорлик билан алоқа тармоғини ўзгартириш имкони мавжуд бўлиши кераклиги эътиборга олиниши лозим. Юқоридаги ҳолатларнинг ечими сифатида пакет коммутациясидан (IP технологиялари) фойдаланган ҳолда рақамли интеграллашган технологик алоқа тармоғини ҳосил қилиш орқали амалга ошириш мумкин.
