Аннотация
Ушбу мақолада темир йўл транспортида фойдаланувчиларга ўз-ўзига хизмат кўрсатувчи автоматлаштирилган терминалларни қўллаб интерактив хизмат кўрсатишни ташкил этиш масалалари кўриб чиқилган. Шунингдек билетлар сотилишини бирвақтда бошқарувчи ва назоратловчи алоқа тармоқ тизимларининг умумлаштирилган структура схемаси таклиф этилган ҳамда фойдаланувчиларга хизмат кўрсатиш сифати ва тезлигини ошириш учун тизимнинг ишлаш тартиби ҳақида асосий тушунчалар келтирилган.
The article deals with the organization of interactive services to users with the use of self-service automated terminals for the sale of tickets in railway transport. It also proposes a generalized block diagram of a communication network system with simultaneous management and control of ticket sales and provides a basic concept of how the system works to improve the quality and speed up user service.
