Сравнение и определение состояние тканей и органов полости рта у лиц, занятых на алмалыкском металлоперерабатывающем производстве

Аннотация
Целью исследования явилось определение стоматологического статуса, уровня и
функционально-структурный строения органов полости рта, у рабочих
горнометаллургических комбинатов, для планирования и разработок методов профилактики,лечения, определения и обоснования потребности, специалистам, оказывающих стоматологическую помощь на этих производствах. Определено, что у рабочих функциональных показателей и неспецифической реактивности тканей РП нарушено,отмечено — снижение порога возбудимости зубов и околозубных тканей, порога болевой,вкусовой и дискриминационной чувствительности, изменения микротвердости эмали и дентина зубов, нарушается макро и микроэлементный составы зубов и волос, связанными с загрязнениями рабочей зоны.
The aim of the study was to compare and determine the dental status, level and functional and structural structure of the oral organs in workers of mining and metallurgical plants,for planning and developing methods for the prevention, treatment, determination and justification of the need for dental care in these industries. It was determined that functional functional parameters and nonspecific reactivity of tissue tissues were impaired, a decrease in the threshold of excitability of teeth and peridental tissues, a threshold of pain, gustatory and discriminatory sensitivity, changes in the microhardness of tooth enamel and dentin, and macro and microelement compositions of teeth and hair associated with pollution of the working area.Conclusions: the revealed pathological processes and functional disorders in the organs and tissues of the oral cavity in people working at the mining and metallurgical industry objects can later serve as the basis for the development of methods for pathogenetic prevention and treatment of identified dental diseases.
