Аннотация

Стриктуры и облитерации уретры являются одним из сложнейших урологических заболеваний, требующие сложных реконструктивно-пластических операций. Выбор paциональной тактики лечения больных зависит от качества и полноты предоперационной диагностики. Авторы проанализировали эффективность множества визуализирующих методов, используемых для дооперационной оценки изменений уретры и периуретральных тканей, а также точного установления особенностей стриктуры уретры.

Уретра стриктураси ва облитерациялари мураккаб реконструктив-пластик операцияларни талаб этувчи оғир урологик касаликлардан биридир. Беморларни оқилона даволаш тактикасини танлаш операциядан олдинги ташхислашнинг сифати ва тўлақонлигига боғлиқ. Ушбу мақолада муаллифлар томонидан уретранинг ва уретра атрофи тўқималаридаги ўзгаришларни операциядан аввал баҳолаш, ҳамда уретра стриктурасининг хусусиятларини аниқ белгилашда қўлланиладиган турли визуалловчи усуллар баён этилган ва таҳлил қилинган.

Strictures and obliteration of the urethra are one of the most complicated urological diseases requiring complex reconstructive and plastic surgeries. The choice of the rational treatment strategy depends on the quality and completeness of preoperative diagnosis. In this article, the authors describe and analyze a variety of imaging techniques used for preoperative assessment of changes in the urethra and periurethral tissues, as well as the precise establishment of urethral stricture features.
