Аннотация

Переношенные беременности связаны с высокими показателями большинства материнских и перинатальных осложнений. В таких случаях, в качестве альтернативы выжидательной тактике, зачастую проводится плановая индукция родов с целью уменьшения риска развития неблагоприятных исходов. Индукция родов одна из самых распространённых процедур, и встречается в 10-20% случаев родов по всему миру, проводимых в акушерстве, но успех ее, в большинстве случаев, зависит от состояния шейки матки. В данной статье дан обзор современных фармакологических средств, используемых в мире для индукции родов и дозревания шейки матки.

Муддатидан ўтган ҳомиладорлик аксарият она ва перинатал асоратларининг юқори кўрсаткичлари билан боғлиқ. Шу каби ҳолатларда, кутилган тактикага муқобил равишда салбий натижалар ривожланишини олдини олиш учун кўпинча режалаштирилган индукция ўтказилади. Туғиш индукцияси кенг тарқалган амалиёт бўлиб, дунё миқёсида 10-20% туғишларда қўлланилади ва ушбу амалиётни муваффақияти кўпинча бачадон бўйни ҳолатига боғлиқ. Ушбу мақолада туғиш индукцияси ва бачадон бўйни етилиши учун ишлатилаётган замонавий фармакологик воситалари ҳақида умумий маълумот берилади.

Post-term pregnancies are associated with high rates of maternal and perinatal complications. In such cases, labor induction is often performed to reduce the risk of adverse outcomes as an alternative to expectant management,. Induction of labor is one of the most common procedures, and occurs in 10-20% of births around the world, conducted in obstetrics, but its success, in most cases, depends on cervix maturation. Here is areview article, whereis described modern pharmacological agents that usedin the world forlabor induction and for cervical ripening.
