Maqolada sug’oriladigan suv -botqoqli hududlar va ko’llar dehqonchilik sohalarida, shuningdek ularning daryo havzasiga qishloq xo’jaligi ishlab chiqarishi va ekologiyaga zarar etkazmasdan qaytishi masalalari bo’yicha qaytariladigan suvlari hajmini taqsimlashning asosiy tamoyillari keltirilgan.
In article main principles of distribution of volumes of returnable collector and drainage waters in directions of development of irrigated agriculture in places of their formation, wetlands and lakes, and also their return to the rivers without an agricultural production and ecology damage are formulated. To solve the existing problems in water use of the regions, it is necessary to develop a scientifically based, regionally adapted concept for sustainable, environmentally safe and economically efficient water use based on ecological, sociocultural and economic imperatives and taking into account not only the existing or predicted types of water use in the basin, but also the potential of natural systems. Solutions to the problem of management and disposal of collector- drainage water, ensuring, on the one hand, a sharp decrease in water and salt exchange between irrigated territory and the river, and, on the other hand, the effective development of irrigated agriculture. To solve these problems, first of all, it is necessary to determine the basic principles of the distribution of the available resources of the collector — drainage drains for the development of irrigated agriculture, wetlands and «dumping» into the trunk of the river, taking into account the requirements of normalizing their salt regime. To conduct irrigated agriculture on the basis of the use of mineralized waters, it is necessary to establish an irrigation and land washing regime using drainage water, irrigation technology, optimal parameters of drainage systems, advanced methods of growing agricultural crops that require the development of their methodological approaches. Based on this, the safety of hydraulic structures, in particular, the safety of large hydroelectric complexes, is of great importance.
