Аннотация

Эта статья посвящена работающим медсестрам в стоматологической поликлинике. Мы проанализировали литературные данные по трудовой мотивации и психоэмоциональном состояние медицинских сестер. Этот вид деятельности включает в себя все важные качества, которыми должен обладать человек, хочет помочь больному, нуждающемуся и слабому человеку. Особенно важно психоэмоциональное состояние медсестер, которое помогають больного и человеку.

This article focuses on working nurses in a dental clinic. We analyzed literature data on work motivation and psycho-emotional state of nurses. This type of activity includes all the important qualities that a person should have, wants to help a sick, needy and weak person. Especially important is the psycho-emotional state of nurses with the help of the patient and helping the person.
