Аннотация
Алмашинган бензоилизотиоцианатларни α-аминокислоталарвабирламчи гетероҳалқали аминлар билан реакцияси асосида тиомочевинани янги ҳосилалари синтез қилинди.Ўрганилган тиомочевина ҳосилалари орасидан 1-(4-нитробензоил)-3-(4-антипиринил) тиомочевина препарати яллиғланишга қарши энг юқори фаолликга эгалиги аниқланди. Ушбу препаратни стоматологияда парадонтитни даволашда ва тиббиётда яллиғланишга қарши дори восита сифатида қўллаш учун чуқур ўрганиш тавсиф этилди.
The new thiourea derivatives were synthesized on the basis of the reaction of substituted benzoil isothiocyanates with α-amino acids and primary heterocyclic amines. It was established, that among the studied thiourea derivatives, the pre-paration of 1- (4-nitrobenzoyl) -3- (4-antipyrinyl) thiourea showed the highest anti-inflammatory activity. It was recommended further in-depth study of this drug for use in dentistry for the treatment of periodontitis and in medicine as anti-inflammatories.
