Аннотация
В статье рассматривается роль дуального образования в подготовке специалистов высшей категории в том числе и в библиотечном направлении, его значение в формировании профессиональных компетенций и адаптации к современным требованиям библиотечно-информационной деятельности. Анализируются основные вызовы, с которыми
сталкиваются образовательные учреждения и библиотеки при внедрении дуальной модели обучения, включая необходимость обновления учебных программ, развитие партнерства с библиотеками и информационными центрами, а также использование цифровых технологий. Определены перспективы развития дуального образования в сфере библиотечного дела и предложены рекомендации по его эффективному внедрению.
Maqolada yuqori toifadagi mutaxassislarni, shu jumladan kutubxona yo’nalishi bo’yicha mutaxassislarni tayyorlashda Dual ta’limning roli, uning kasbiy kompetentsiyalarni shakllantirishdagi ahamiyati hamda kutubxona va axborot faoliyatining zamonaviy talablariga moslashishi ko’rib chiqiladi. Ta’lim muassasalari va kutubxonalarning Dual ta’lim modelini amalga oshirishda duch keladigan asosiy muammolari, jumladan, o’quv dasturlarini yangilash zarurati, kutubxonalar va axborot markazlari bilan hamkorlikni rivojlantirish va raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanish tahlil qilinadi. Kutubxona sohasida Dual ta’limni rivojlantirish istiqbollari aniqlandi va uni samarali amalga oshirish bo’yicha tavsiyalar berildi.
The article examines the role of dual education in the training of specialists of the highest category, including in the library field, its importance in the formation of professional competencies and adaptation to modern requirements of library and information activities. The article analyzes the main challenges faced by educational institutions and libraries when implementing a dual learning model, including the need to update curricula, develop partnerships with libraries and information centers, as well as the use of digital technologies. The prospects for the development of dual education in the field of librarianship are identified and recommendations for its effective implementation are proposed.
