Аннотация
Мазкур ишда 76 та туғма танглай кемтигли (1-15 ёш) болаларда ҳар хил усулда хейло- ва уранопластика қилингандан сунг бурун бўшлиғининг анатомо-топографик хусусиятлари ўрганилган. Ёшига ва пластик муолажанинг ўтказиш вақтига қараб беморлар учта гурухга бўлинган. Гурухлар бўйича тақсимланиш қуйидагича: I гурух (27 та бола) — 3 ёшгачан бўлган; II гурух (25 та бола) 3-5 ёшгача ва III гурух (24 та бола) 5 ёшдан катта ёшда операция қилинган болалар олинган. Туғма юқори лаб ва танглай кемтиги билан туғилган болаларни бурун бўшлиғини эндоскопик текшириш натижаларига кўра, хейло- ва уранопластикадан кейинги ташқи бурун бўшлиғи шаклининг бузилиши энг куп 5 ёшдан кейин операция бўлган ва ортодонтик даво олмаган болаларда кузатилиши аникланган.
Endoscopic examination of nasal cavity was performed in 76 subjects aged 1 to 15 years with congenital unilateral upper cheiloschisis and uraniscochasma before and after cheilo- and urano-plasty. All infants were divided into 3 groups for terms of surgical intervention and results of orthodontic treatment. They were the following: 1st group formed 27 children have been operated before 3 years age and received orthodontic treatment, 2nd group formed 25 children have been operated 3 years age later and received orthdontic treatment and 3rd group — 24 children operated after 5 years and not received orthodontiv treatment. Results of endoscopic examination of nasal cavity in subjects with congenital unilateral upper cheiloschisis and uraniscochasma evidenced that pronounced deformations of external nose and changes in topog raphy of nasal cavity following cheilo- and uranoplasty in patients in the third group were observed.
