Аннотация
Целью данной статьи является определение менеджерской компетенции и ключевых функций,выполняемых руководителями вузов, а также изучение формирования менеджерской компетенции резерва управленческих кадров . В статье проведен анализ через призму развития менеджерской компетенции, важность мотивации, связи между сотрудниками.
Mazkur maqola maqsadi menejerlik ko,petensiyasini va OTM rahbarlari tomonidan amalga oshiriladigan asosiy vazifalarni belgilash, shuningdek, zahiradagi boshqaruv kadrlarida menejerlik kompetensiyasining shakllanishini o‘rganishdan iborat. Maqolada tahliliy ishlar menejerlik kompetensiyasining shakllanishi,motivatsiyaning, xodimlar o‘rtasidagi aloqaning muhimligini bayon etish orqali tahlil etilgan.
The purpose of this article is to define the managerial competence and key functions performed by university heads, as well as study the formation of managerial competence of the management reserve. The article analyzes through the prism of the development of managerial competence, the importance of motivation,communication between employees.
