Pastkijag’i bir tomonlama va ikki tomonlama murakkab singan 20-57yoshli 30 ta bemor tekshirildi vadavolandi, ulardan 27 tasi erkak va 3 tasi ayol. Barcha bemorlarga ko’rsatma bo’yicha an’anaviyjarrohlik va dori-darmonlar bilan davolash usullari qo’llanildi. Singan joyda yallig’lanish infiltratlari bo’lgan bemorlar guruhida geparin antikoagulyanti va seftriakson antibiotigini limfotorop regional yuborishusuli qo’shimcha ravishda qo’llanilgan bo’lib, bu kamroq asoratli sog’ayishga yordam berdi. Mualliflar bemorlar ahvoli yaxshilangani va davolash muddati qisqarganligini qayd qilmoqdalar.
Examination and treatment of 30 persons have been done in the age group of 20-57 years old including 27 men and 3 women with complicated unilateral and bilateral lower jaw fractures. Traditional surgical and pharmacological treatment methods were applied for the indications to all patients. Lymphotropic regional administration of heparin anticoagulant and ceftriaxone antibiotic was additionally used in the group of patients with inflammatory infiltrates in the fracture zone, and it promoted cure with complications reduction. The authors note an improvement in the patient’s condition and a reduction of treatment duration.
