Аннотация

В материале представлены результаты ситуационного анализа и имеющихся обзоров, проведенных в рамках европейской системы высшего образования с определением приоритетов, в том числе в национальном контексте; выделены основные извлеченные уроки и позитивные изменения.В нем рассматривается мнение, что пандемия стала ускорителем инноваций и изменений в сфере высшего образования, делаются выводы о том, в какой степени высшая школа справилась с проблемами, а также возможные предстоящие вызовы и изменения как в ракурсе внешнего, так и внутреннего контроля качества.

The paper covers the results of situation analysis as well as reviews conducted in the frame of European higher education area with the definition of priorities for higher education systems, main lessons learned and positive changes including Uzbekistan. It comments on the ways in which the pandemic has been an accelerator for innovation and change in HE and the extent to which systems have met the challenges. It also addresses what the forthcoming challenges and changes will likely be both in terms of external and internal quality control.
