Аннотация

Анализ отечественной и иностранной литературы позволил выявить недостатки в области ранней диагностики дисфункциональных синдромов височно-нижнечелюстного сустава, а также обозначить дискуссионные вопросы о роли ортопедических и физиотерапевтических мероприятий в комплексном лечении данной патологии. Очевидно, что необходим комплексный поэтапный подход к диагностике и лечению синдрома болевой дисфункции височно-нижнечелюстного сустава с учетом соматического статуса пациентов.

Mahalliy va xorijiy adabiyotlarni tahlil qilish funktsional bo’lmagan temporomandibulyar qo’shma sindromlarni erta tashxislash sohasidagi kamchiliklarni aniqlashga,shuningdek ushbu patologiyani kompleks davolashda ortopedik va fizioterapevtik tadbirlarning roli to’g’risida bahsli masalalarni aniqlashga imkon berdi.Shubhasiz, bemorlarning somatik holatini hisobga olgan holda, temporomandibulyar qo’shilishning og’riqli disfunktsiyasini sindromini aniqlash va davolash uchun kompleks bosqichma-bosqich yondashuv zarur.

Analysis of domestic and foreign literature made it possible to identify shortcomings in the field of early diagnosis of dysfunctional temporomandibular joint syndromes, as well as to identify controversial questions about the role of orthopedic and physiotherapeutic measures in the complex treatment of this pathology. It is obvious that a comprehensive step-by-step approach to the diagnosis and treatment of the syndrome of pain dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint is required, taking into account the somatic status of patients.
