A close relationship was found between oral diseases and somatic pathologies, which reliably combined with damage to periodontal tissue. A special role in the development and maintenance of chronic inflammation is played by matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) — Zn2 + and Ca2 + — dependent endopeptidases — catabolism enzymes of most extracellular matrix proteins. Immediately with periodontitis, an increase in the concentration of MMP-2, MMP-8, MMP-9 was determined. Actives of MMP-9 and its tissue inhibitor type I are characteristic for processes of cardiovascular and cerebral remodeling, which reflects the close interrelation of these biomarkers and the damage of target organs in hypertensive disease. Imbalance in the biochemistry of the gingival fluid in patients with parodontium pathology undoubtedly affects later on CHF flow, strengthening fibrosis, accelerating the development of decompensation, respectively, chronic heart failure leading to a disturbance of microcirculation, worsens the state of biochemistry in the oral cavity.
