In the ar_cle describe as a result of the posi_ve effects of reforms in the informa_on and library sphere in our country, the informa_on and library center «BILIM» in Tashkent city has been established on the ini_a_ve of the President of the country to establish new libraries named a􀅌er A. Kadyri and Chulpon in Almazar district. Also, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 7, 2019 PP 4354 «On further improvement of informa_on and library services to the popula_on of the Republic of Uzbekistan» states that librarians are proud of the fact that the annual «May 21st Librarian’s Day» is celebrated.
