Аннотация
В статье подчеркивается важность экономической взаимосвязи между системой обучения и рынком труда. На основе сравнительно-статистического анализа рынка труда студентов изучаются требования, предъявляемые работодателем к качеству рабочей силы, квалификации, их составу. Кроме того, была проанализирована соотношение уровней заработной платы работников с высшим образованием и работников со средним образованием в некоторых странах. Разработаны научные предложения и практические рекомендации по совершенствованию механизма развития экономических отношений на рынке труда и подготовки кадров в Узбекистане.
Maqolada kadrlar tayyorlash tizimi mehnat bozori bilan o‘zaro iqtisodiy aloqalarining mohiyati yoritib berilgan. Talabalar mehnat bozori solishtirma va statistik tahlillar asosida ish beruvchilar tomonidan ishchi kuchi sifatiga, malaka ko‘nikmalariga qo‘yiladigan talablar, ularning tarkibi o‘rganilgan. Bundan tashqari ayrim mamlakatlarda oliy maʼlumotli yollanma ishchilarning o‘rta maʼlumotli hodimlarga nisbatan ish haqi darajasining ulushlari tahlil etilgan. O‘zbekistonda mehnat bozori va kadrlar tayyorlashdagi iqtisodiy aloqalarni rivojlantirish mexanizmini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy taklif va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
The article emphasizes the importance of the economic relationship between the system of education and the labor market. On the basis of a comparative statistical analysis of students’ labor market the requirements imposed by the employer on the quality of the workforce’s qualifications, and their composition are studied. In addition, wage levels of workers with tertiary education relative to workers with secondary education in some countries was analyzed. Scientific proposals and practical recommendations have been developed to improve the mechanism of development the economic relations between the labor market and training in Uzbekistan.
