Аннотация

Рассматриваются вопросы дифференциальной диагностики кератокист с амелобластомой и другими одонтогенными кистами челюстных костей. Сделан акцент на цитоморфологических особенностях кератокист:цитологические различия в биопсийном материале при паракератокисте и ортокератокисте, иммуногистохимической диагностике по цитокератину. Рассматриваются варианты лечения больных, направленные как в сторону радикального подхода (частичная резекция челюсти с одномоментной костной пластикой), так и малоинвазивных, органосохранных методов.

Tadqiqot keraokistlarning ameloblastoma va jag’ suyaklarining boshqa odontogen kistlari bilan ajratib turadigan diagnostikasi bilan boqlig’. Keratokistalarning sitomorfologik xususiyatlariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan:parakeratokistalar va ortokeratokistalar uchun biopsiya materialidagi sitilogik farklar, sitokeratinning immunohistokimyoviy diagnostikasi. Bemorlarning davolanish imkoniyatlari radikal yondashuvga (bir vaqtning o’zida suyak pardasi bilan birga qisman rezektsiya qilish)va past invasiv, organli saqlash usullariga qaratilgan.

The review deals with the differential diagnosis of keratocysts with ameloblastoma and oher odonogenic tests of the jaw bones. Emphasis is placed on the cytomorphological features of keratocysts: cytological differences in the biopsy material for parakeratocysts and orthokeratocysts, immunohistochemical diagnosis of cytokeratin . Treatment methods for patients directed both towards a radical approach (partial resection of the jaw with a single – stage bone plate), and minimally invasive are considered.
