Мазкур мақолада БМТ томонидан электрон ҳукумат тизимининг ривожланганлигини баҳолаш тарихи, баҳолаш услубияти, баҳолашдаги омилларнинг йиллар давомида такомиллашганлиги, баҳолаш мезонлари ва манбалари таҳлил этилган. Таҳлилларга таянган ҳолда Ўзбекистон Республикасининг электрон ҳукумат тизими жаҳон рейтингида 2018 йилгача эгаллаган ўринлари асосида унинг келажакдаги мавқелари тадқиқ қилинган.
