Аннотация

Ушбу мақоланинг мақсади илмий-таълимий ахборот тармоқларда ресурслар, фойдаланувчилар ва улар ўртасидаги муносабатларни таснифлаш ҳамда киришларни бошқаршнинг асосий вазифаларини аниқлашдан иборатдир.

The purpose of this article is to classify the resources, users, and their relationships and to determine the main tasks of access control in the scientific and educational networks.
