В статье изложены результаты изучения структуры врожденной расщелины губы и неба больных детей по материалам Ферганской областной больницы специализированной по челюстно-лицевой хирургии.Проведение мониторинга в начале года и соблюдение основных принципов реабилитации детей с врожденной расщелиной губы и неба требует длительного комплексного лечения с участием многих специалистов.Необходимо прогнозирование ожидаемых результатов и четкий план проведения различных этапов. Перечень мероприятий, проводимых в процессе основных этапов,включает раннее ортопедическое лечение первых дней жизни ребенка, обоснованное планирование хирургических вмешательств.Ортодонтическое лечение, логопедическое обучение,санационные мероприятия вместе с периода роста и развития верхней губы и нёба, являются стержневыми на основных этапах хирургического лечения, не только значительно улучшает эстетические и функциональные результаты лечения, но и сводит до минимума количество повторных исправляющих операций.
