Аннотация
В статье обосновываются основные положения системно-кластерного подхода для разработки кластерной модели обучения английскому языку в высших учебных заведениях. Представлен проект модели языкового образования при внедрении механизма “учебный-научный комплекс” и раскрыты разработки кластерных структур и их элементов. По результатам экспериментальной работы делаются выводы об эффективности кластерной модели и её реализации в образовательной деятельности. Основываясь на результатах исследования было показано, что преподавание английского языка на основе модели английского языка на основе системы «учебно-научный комплекс» является высокоэффективным. Сомнительно, что внедрение этого механизма послужит центром формирования генетической связи между наукой и производством на основе передовой подготовки выпускников промышленных предприятий и учреждений и применения новых технологий. В то же время подготовка или организация соответствующих курсов изучения языка или обучения или соответствующих руководств и рекомендаций в соответствии со специальностью приведут к высоким результатам. Стоит отметить, что создание научного комплекса обучения основано на том, что научно-исследовательские институты и промышленные предприятия напрямую связаны с высшим образованием и что целесообразно обмениваться опытом и изучать передовые технологии, основанные на преподавании иностранных языков. Важно организовать обучение языку на основе эффективных методов, основанных на кластерной модели, потому что специализированный персонал, подготовленный в университете, готовит их к производственным предприятиям и научно-исследовательским учреждениям. Поэтому процесс обучения в высшем учебном заведении напрямую связан с деятельностью промышленных предприятий и учреждений, и есть выводы о создании языковых курсов, основанных на интеграции образования и производства.
The article deals with teaching the English language at higher education al institutions by means of Cluster Model technology based on a cluster system. As bounded with forming “educational-scientific complex”, the cluster system creation in the project of teaching foreign languages and its elements are exposed. According to the results of executed experiments, the efficiency and proficiency of a cluster model to the educational system are determined. Based on the results of the research, it was shown that teaching the English language centered on the model of the «scientific-learning complex» system has been highly effective. It is doubtful that the outline of this mechanism will serve as a center for the formation of a genetic bond between science and production based on the advanced training of the graduates of the industrial enterprises and institutions, and the application of new technologies. At the same time, the preparation or organization of appropriate language-learning or training courses or related guidance and direction in accordance with the specialty will bring high results. It is worth noting that the creation of a science-based learning complex is based on the fact that research institutes and industrial enterprises are directly linked to higher education, and that it is expedient to exchange experiences and learn advanced technology grounded on foreign language teaching. It is important to organize language teaching on the basis of effective methods based on a cluster model because the specialized staff trained at the University should relevant to the production enterprises and scientific research institutions. Therefore, the learning process at higher education al institutions is directly linked to the activities of industrial enterprises and institutions, and there are conclusions on the establishment of language courses based on the integration of education and production.
