Аннотация
В статье для исследования технологического процесса сепарирования трудноразделяемых сыпучих смесей, определения основных параметров и режима работы сепарирующего агрегата и их диапазонов изменения предложена математическая модель с учетом направления движения воздушного потока сыпучих смесей описывающий в виде систем нелинейных дифференциальных уравнений, на основе классического закона механики твердых тел и численный алгоритм для решения задача на ЭВМ. Из за нелинейности математическая модель было решено численными способами с использованием модифицированной методами «прогноза и коррекции» с автоматическими выборами шага по времени. В работе также приведена устойчивости и сходимость метода «прогноза и коррекции» для решения поставленной задачи, для проведения вычислительного эксперимента на ЭВМ разработана программное средство и проведен численный эксперимент, результаты которого представлены в виде графиков.
In the article, a mathematical model considering the direction of the airflow of loose mixtures which is described in the form of systems of nonlinear differential equations, based on the classical law of the mechanics of solids and on the basis of the classical law of the mechanics of solids; and numerical algorithm for solving the problem on a computer are proposed to investigate the technological process of separating difficult-toseparate loose mixtures, determining the main parameters and operating mode of the separating unit and their ranges. Because of the nonlinearity, the mathematical model was solved by numerical methods using the modified «forecast and correction»methods with automatic time step selections. The paper also demonstrates the stability and convergence of the «forecast and correction»method for solving the problem, software tool has been developed for computational experiment on a computer and a numerical experiment has been carried out, the results of which are presented in the form of graphs.
