Аннотация
В данной работе проведен системный анализ существующей системы аналитического контроля технологических параметров производства кальцинированной соды. Рассматривается адаптивный объект управления, который оперативно меняет свои параметры в зависимости от реального состояния контролируемого технологического процесса. Предложена методика определения частоты съема технологических параметров, основанная на методе математической статистики и базирующийся на анализе экспериментальных данных процесса карбонизации.Описаны экспериментальные исследования характеристик фактической изменчивости параметров аналитического контроля в их нормальном и аварийных состояниях для трех характерных состоянии режима всего технологического процесса карбонизации.
Мавжуд тизимнинг кальцийлаштирилган сода ишлаб чикаришдави технологик параметрлари аналитик назорати тизимли тахлили келтирилган. Бу назорат килинадиган жараённинг хакикий холатига караб уз параметрларини зудлик билан узгартирадиган динамик назорат объекти сифатида урганилди.Математик статистика усулларига асосланган ва муайян жараённинг экспериментал маълумотларини тахлил килиш асосида технологик параметрлари маълумотларини олиб ташлаш частотасини белгилаш усули таклиф килинди.Оддий ва (фавкулодда холатларда аналитик назорат параметрларининг хакикий узгарувчанлик хусусиятларини экспериментал тадкикотлар ишлаб чикаришдаги технологик жараённинг учта характерли холати учун таърифланади ва максадга мувофик амалга оширилади.
In this work was given the system analysis of the existing system analytical control of technological parameters of production. It was investigated as an adaptive control object, which promptly changes its parameters depending on the actual state of the controlled process. A method proposed for determining the frequency of removal of technological parameters, based on the methods of mathematical statistics and on the analysis of experimental data of a specific process.Experimental studies of the characteristics of the actual variability of the parameters of analytical control in their normal and emergency states are described and expediently carried out for three characteristic states of the mode of the entire technological process in production. For experimental studies, the collection and analysis of basic data on the statics and dynamics of changes in the monitored parameters was carried out formalization (description) of possible changes in the values of these parameters by the corresponding separation of their states and the transposition of the examined monitored parameters of analytical control according to the magnitude of their net effect on process control.Our analysis of the analytical production control system as an object of management, determining the requirement for experimental studies of the variability of analytical control parameters in the development of an adaptive control algorithm for the analytical control system and the image of a prerequisite for creating an adaptive analytical control system for the production process.The nature of the process and the effectiveness of decisions made by the managing staff largely depend on the nature of the functioning of this system. In this regard, the use of the considered algorithm of adaptive control of the analytical control system is essential for improving the economics of production and increasing the level of technological discipline.
