Tish karies indekslari – bu kariyesning tarqalishi va intensivligini kuzatish, aholining turli xil tibbiy-profilaktika yordamiga bo’lgan ehtiyojini aniqlash, aholining turli guruhlari o’rtasida profilaktika dasturlari samaradorligini tahlil qilish imkonini beruvchi vositalar. Eksperimental analitik epidemiologiyada tish kariesini baholash uchun ishonchli va haqiqiy vositalardan foydalanish, umumiy profilaktika usullariga ilmiy asoslangan baho berish kerak. JSSTning yangi ishlab chiqilgan indekslari — SIC va ICDAS II KPU bilan birgalikda qo’llanilishi stomatologik salomatlik va davom etayotgan profilaktika dasturlarini monitoring qilish uchun eng ishonchli tizimni olish imkonini beradi, bu rag’batlantiradi, ammo shunga qaramay, ko’rsatkichlarni baholash uchun qo’shimcha tadqiqotlar talab etiladi. ulardan foydalanishning ishonchliligi va ishonchliligi.
Dental caries indices are tools that allow monitoring the prevalence and intensity of caries, determining the population’s need for various types of medical and preventive care, and analyzing the effectiveness of preventive programs among different population groups. In experimental analytical epidemiology, it is necessary to use reliable and valid tools for assessing dental caries, giving a scientifically based assessment of communal prevention methods. The use of the newly developed WHO indices — SIC and ICDAS II in combination with the KPU makes it possible to obtain the most reliable system for monitoring both dental health and ongoing preventive programs, it is encouraging, nevertheless, further research is required to assess the reliability and reliability of their use.
